Black Powder Coating
It is a process in which protective & decorative layer of epoxy or polyester powder is applied on pretreated surface 0f aluminium or steel. Pre-treatment on steel is carried out in 9 tank process with hot Phospating treatment. The crystalline granular phospate base formed on steel surface prevents rusting and provides better adherence to the powder. Aluminium is chromated before powder coating. Powders of different shades, glosses and finishes are available.
